Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (choose dairy-free or allergen-friendly if needed)

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (can sub with ground flaxseed or hemp seeds)

  • 1–2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt alternative)

RECIPE


  1. Add almond milk to the blender first—this helps everything blend more easily
