A Hug in a Cup: Apple Ginger Tea Recipe šš«
If thereās one thing you should know about me, itās that Iām a tea person through and through (call me a Bridgerton, if I do say so myself)ākind of like how my Dominican family canāt start or end (yes, end) their day without CafĆ© Bustelo. Whenever Iām feeling under the weather or just need something warm, this Apple Ginger Tea is my go-to. It holds a special place in my heart because my mom would always make it for us when we were sick or needed a little extra comfort. With soothing spices from cinnamon, ginger, and star anise, plus a touch of citrus, itās like a hug in a cup. Iām sipping on this tea right now as I tough out the flu (gotta love the NYC MTA)! Itās easy to make, full of calming flavors, and the perfect pick-me-up when you need it most. I can already feel myself starting to feel better :)
