A Hug in a Cup: Apple Ginger Tea Recipe šŸŽšŸ«š

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m a tea person through and through (call me a Bridgerton, if I do say so myself)—kind of like how my Dominican family can’t start or end (yes, end) their day without CafĆ© Bustelo. Whenever I’m feeling under the weather or just need something warm, this Apple Ginger Tea is my go-to. It holds a special place in my heart because my mom would always make it for us when we were sick or needed a little extra comfort. With soothing spices from cinnamon, ginger, and star anise, plus a touch of citrus, it’s like a hug in a cup. I’m sipping on this tea right now as I tough out the flu (gotta love the NYC MTA)! It’s easy to make, full of calming flavors, and the perfect pick-me-up when you need it most. I can already feel myself starting to feel better :)
