High-Protein Fruity Pebbles Tres Leches 🌈
As a child, cozy Sunday mornings meant Fruity Pebbles, PBS or Noggin, and a bowl of Fruity Pebbles cereal while the house was still asleep. I wanted to recreate that feeling but make it protein-packed, so I came up with this Tres Leches Waffle Stack one night in the kitchen to satisfy my craving for something sweet (because cravings lead to the best ideas). This waffle stack is fluffy, creamy, and packed with so much flavor and over 50g of protein! Feel free to add fresh berries, sprinkle a little cinnamon, or even drizzle extra Greek yogurt on top. I’ve shared this recipe with family and friends, and they love it just as much as I do, so I hope you do as well :) Enjoy!

½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ tsp cinnamon
Fresh berries or fruit
