    • Season as you like! - I like to add a pinch of salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper

    • 5g protein/3 Tbsp

  • Chicken sausage

    • 5g protein/link

    • Keeps you full for longer

  • 1/2 avocado

    • Creamy, heart-healthy fats

  • Handful of strawberries

    • Fresh, slightly sweet finish

This plate is packed with flavor and function—one of my favorite nutrient-dense meals that feels cozy but energizing :)
  • Boiled Eggs

    • 6 g Protein/large egg

  • Avocado Toast

    • I recommend using whole wheat seeded toast for extra fiber or sourdough bread for a little probiotic boost

  • Kimchi

    • Delicious fermented food full of probiotics and fiber

    • I love adding over the eggs for a tangy flavor punch

  • Chicken sausage

Meal Idea #3: Egg-stra Handy Bites 🥚🫑🍊

Perfect for on-the-go or busy mornings, this protein-packed meal can be prepped the night before and quickly heated up before you head out the door!
  • Egg white veggie bites

    • Pour egg whites and chopped veggies (i.e. bell peppers) into a muffin pan or microwavable silicone tray and cook until set

    • Super easy to prep in batches and perfect for on-the-go mornings!

  • Low-fat small curd cottage cheese-stuffed bell pepper

    • Great source of protein

    • Fresh, creamy, and surprisingly filling

    • 12 g Protein per 1/3 cup

  • Clementine

    • Natural sweet and sour flavor from the citrus

    • Great source of fiber for digestive health and rich in antioxidants and vitamins (i.e. vitamin C) for immune support and skin health

  • Avocado toast

    • Season as you like — hot sauce, everything but the bagel seasoning, tomatoes, etc.
